- Engage in planning, designing, and executing infrastructure projects to guarantee successful implementation. - Participate in architecture discussions with various IT and business teams, ensuring adherence to supportability requirements and standards. - Offer guidance and mentoring while providing technical direction to team members. - Create documentation that enhances governance and management of network-related architectures. - Establish and enforce new standards, processes, and protocols for network and system deployment, maintenance, and support, improving governance and documentation. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security best practices. - Collaborate with technical teams — including security, development, and IT operations — for seamless integration of infrastructure. - Conduct network-related data backups and execute disaster recovery strategies. - Support our infrastructure in 1000 remote offices nationwide alongside field technicians and vendors. - Monitor and enhance infrastructure performance through the research, evaluation, and recommendation of new technology solutions. - Investigate and recommend innovative and automated methods for configuration and applications to optimize architecture, leveraging existing resources for efficiency. - Participate in all stages of development life-cycle environments, covering development, testing, staging, production systems, applications, servers, and cloud services. - Analyze system functionality and assess how changes in variables will impact outcomes. - Manage vendor relationships for troubleshooting and resolving root causes of performance and failure issues. - Stay updated on industry knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and reviewing professional literature. - Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as designated.
