Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in UX design, particularly within investment, wealth management, or trust business sectors.
- Demonstrated capability to bring products or services to market in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Strong skills in prototyping tools and iterative design processes.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
- Experience in creating digital solutions such as dashboards, alerts, and user interaction flows.
- Excellent communication skills and proven stakeholder management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive workflow and GUI experiences for investment products, including FX, bonds, and IRA offerings.
- Deliver user-centered, data-driven UX solutions.
- Create prototypes, iterate swiftly, and support the software development lifecycle alongside the engineering team.
- Lead the full cycle of product delivery, including dashboards, real-time alerts, APIs, and additional digital tools.
- Collaborate with Private Bank and Wealth Management teams to outline roadmaps, product strategies, and prioritize features effectively.
- Transform data insights into actionable, user-centered product improvements.
- Continuously adjust priorities, milestones, risks, and deliverables within an Agile framework.
- Work collaboratively with analytics, engineering, design/UX, and user-support teams to ensure successful product outcomes.
