Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in UX design
- Proficient in high-fidelity prototyping and user testing
- Strong background in user-centered design practices
- Experience in designing web applications for technical or business use
- Familiarity with Figma as a design tool
- Knowledge in Conversational Design, specifically for IVR and Chatbots
Responsibilities
- Analyze user experience design needs across our digital platforms
- Formulate a detailed UI/UX design strategy aligned with our brand
- Create exceptional UX design solutions including wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
- Design interface components such as navigation menus, search boxes, and widgets
- Conduct testing on UI elements including CTAs, banners, and page layouts
- Collaborate with the marketing team and designers to deliver customized digital experiences
- Provide insights on UX research methodologies and testing to assess user behaviors
- Comply with established graphic design and typography standards
- Develop multiple viable design solutions based on thorough analysis
- Master the use of relevant design software and tools
- Identify design challenges and opportunities in briefs and propose solutions
- Engage in collaborative group discussions and activities
- Work autonomously to address more complex design issues
- Thoroughly explore, refine, and document design solutions
- Evaluate and enhance concepts based on insights from prototype testing
