Requirements
Must:
- Proficient understanding and experience in designing and installing in-building network architectures
- Knowledge of general workplace safety and hazard prevention
- Familiarity with CATV provider termination points (e.g., terminals, pedestals)
- Experience with Google Suite and other software applications
- Frontline exposure to customer/client interactions
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field
Responsibilities
- Design and implement equipment for transmitting broadband data over in-building networks
- Work with coaxial, twisted pair copper, or fiber optic cabling along with complex networks and switching equipment
- Oversee the installation of new in-building networks and equipment
- Assess multi-tenant buildings for compatibility with various networks and systems
- Manage extensive build projects related to broadband services, ensuring effective planning and execution
- Create technical documentation to evaluate the feasibility of broadband services for potential properties
- Offer operational support for local field engineering and sales teams as needed
