Requirements
Must:
- 1+ year of experience in technical project management
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-workstream technology projects
- Strong skills in planning, tracking dependencies, and risk/issue management
- Hands-on experience in code conversion or modernization initiatives
- Understanding of legacy and modern application stacks
- Ability to coordinate effectively across vendors and internal teams
- Experience with agile or hybrid delivery models
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily technical delivery coordination for code conversion workstreams
- Act as the main coordination point between vendor engineers and internal tech teams
- Manage delivery plans, risks, assumptions, and status updates for conversion activities
- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps leads to ensure essential tools and processes are in place
- Organize technical reviews, defect triage, and readiness checkpoints for code quality validation
- Communicate technical progress and risks to program leadership and partner teams
