Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Project Management certification is mandatory
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Project Management methodologies and tools
- Exceptional organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities suitable for team development; capable of functioning effectively in cross-functional teams
- Experienced Scrum Master demonstrating agile leadership and a profound understanding of servant leadership principles
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of one or more complex IT programs, encompassing numerous projects
- Acquire 7 to 10 years of Project Management experience in an Agile setting
- Mentor team members in Agile practices and tools
- Provide updates on project key performance indicators (KPIs), timelines, resources, and delivery milestones
- Formulate the program strategy, supporting business case, and comprehensive high-level project plans
- Ensure the seamless integration of projects, adapting scope, timelines, and budgets according to business needs
- Implement Scrum values and practices, ensuring proper adherence to Scrum processes
- Communicate program strategy, direction, and modifications with IT and business leadership, as well as IT Business Consultants
- Ensure all projects in the IT portfolio are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet strategic and business requirements
- Monitor key project milestones and advise Project Managers on necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with senior business leadership to pinpoint and prioritize IT opportunities for achieving enterprise objectives
- Manage specific new technical service engineering programs to fulfill broader service or product goals
- Set milestones and track compliance with plans and schedules, identify delivery risks, and initiate mitigation strategies
- Coordinate activities across multiple engineering and development teams as required
- Act as a liaison between deployment and engineering to ensure design requirements enhance the deployment and sustainability of software and services
