Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in a tech-centric environment.
- Proven expertise in at least 3 of the specified technical areas.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent skills in problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project).
- Background in Enterprise Business Solutions, focusing on financial systems.
- Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM practices is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead the collection of requirements and perform business process analysis.
- Organize workshops to document current (As-Is) processes and design future (To-Be) workflows.
- Convert requirements into Service Blueprints, Process Flows, Agile Features, and User Stories.
- Document and monitor deliverables within Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Conduct feasibility analyses and make recommendations for process/system enhancements.
- Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with clear ownership and visualization.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure effective implementation.
- Create test scenarios/scripts and assist in end-user training.
- Maintain detailed project documentation in accordance with PMO standards.
- Work autonomously while fostering robust relationships with stakeholders.
