Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Proficiency in VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V
- Knowledge of enterprise storage solutions (NFS, SMB, iSCSI) and filesystem optimization
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, load balancing)
- Familiarity with ITIL principles
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Python, or PowerShell (preferred)
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and data formats like YAML/JSON (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain both Windows and Linux server platforms, both physical and virtual
- Provide Level 2 support, diagnosing and resolving OS, storage, and infrastructure problems
- Implement solutions in accordance with DevOps and Agile methodologies as well as change management protocols
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
- Document system configurations and share knowledge for ongoing improvements
