Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in systems operations, platform support, or infrastructure engineering
- Extensive experience managing complex, enterprise-scale systems in a production environment
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing automation, monitoring, and reporting solutions
- Practical scripting skills to enhance operational processes
- Strong knowledge of system performance tuning, security best practices, and resilience strategies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to collaborate with engineering teams
Responsibilities
- Oversee, monitor, and support all installed CXP systems to ensure high availability and reliability
- Design and create automated processes and reporting for critical milestones in the order workflow lifecycle
- Proactively track end-to-end order journeys to ensure adherence to defined SLAs and promptly raise alerts when workflows are interrupted
- Assess and test application performance to detect bottlenecks; cooperate with development teams to execute performance enhancements
- Formulate and uphold security, backup, and redundancy strategies to protect system integrity and continuity
- Craft, maintain, and optimize custom scripts to enhance system effectiveness and minimize manual involvement
- Engage in the design and improvement of information systems and operational support systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across systems operations and automation
Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Systems Operations Engineer to oversee, monitor, and optimize our enterprise-level CXP systems. This position is vital for maintaining system reliability, performance, and operational effectiveness throughout complex order workflows. Our ideal candidate is experienced in systems engineering, possesses automation capabilities, and has a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues related to performance, security, and processes. We offer a competitive hourly salary ranging from $60.00 to $67.00 and look forward to welcoming a new member to our team in Irving, TX.
