- Over 10 years of experience in IT - Minimum 5 years of practical experience with Splunk Observability Cloud - Proven expertise as a Technical/Solution Expert for Splunk Observability Cloud - Experience in crafting and managing custom Splunk searches, alerts, and saved reports - Knowledge in defining best practices for Splunk deployment, configuration, and management - Proficient in monitoring system performance and optimizing resource usage - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions - Familiarity with cloud services, databases, and operating systems - Experience integrating tools such as ServiceNow, Jenkins, and AWS with Splunk - Capacity to offer architectural consulting and mentoring to internal teams - Competence in coordinating with IT teams for the integration of Splunk with existing systems - Ability to implement advanced search and reporting functionalities using SPL (Search Processing Language) - Experience in infrastructure instrumentation within Splunk Observability Cloud - Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot complex issues in high-volume distributed systems - Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information to diverse audiences - Preferred certifications in Splunk (e.g., Splunk Certified Architect, Splunk Cloud Certified Admin, Splunk Core Certified Power User)
