Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering or relevant background through work, consulting, training, military, or education
- Expertise in Java, Python, and at least one additional programming language (such as C#, JavaScript, or Golang)
- Practical experience in cloud-native development
- Knowledge of implementing GenAI-enabled solutions
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as a self-starter
- Experience in regulated sectors and understanding of cybersecurity best practices
- Skills in large-scale planning and strategic consultancy are a plus
- Familiarity with complex compliance and policy frameworks
Responsibilities

- Assess and evaluate complex engineering problems, including unique or abstract elements
- Formulate strategies to address multi-faceted challenges while having a solid grasp of policies, procedures, and compliance standards
