Software Engineer - Test & Verification - Saint Charles

- Manage and oversee the Change Control Board (CCB) process for software, including scheduling and conducting meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes, tracking action items, and ensuring changes are approved prior to implementation. - Develop and maintain essential Configuration Management (CM) artifacts such as CM plans, product/document identification schemes, baselines, and traceability records. - Prepare and handle change documents, including Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Requests for Variance (RFV), Change Documents/Requests (CD/CRs), and related approvals. - Supervise software build and release operations: plan, coordinate, and execute builds and deployments; enhance build/release processes to reduce errors and cycle time. - Manage version control systems, repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and build environments; troubleshoot environment inconsistencies and release failures. - Execute configuration audits and verification to validate product/documentation baselines. - Evaluate prime and supplier contract CM requirements and coordinate supplier change management efforts. - Assist in determining export authority for technical work products and support industry quality audits for CM. - Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to synchronize release schedules, program planning, and program-level CM initiatives. - Foster the continuous enhancement of CM processes, tooling, and performance metrics.
