Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a solid foundation in systems architecture and application development.
- At least 1 year of practical experience with GenAI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini Code Assist, Devin, or similar tools.
- Strong command of Python (mandatory).
- Background in creating distributed systems, APIs, or backend services.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain GenAI functionalities for the enterprise development community.
- Evaluate, integrate, and put into production GenAI tools and platforms.
- Investigate and implement AI technologies, including AI Agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
- Build, support, and improve internal developer tools and applications.
- Employ modern engineering methods such as automated testing, continuous integration, and automated release pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and security teams to ensure the safe and compliant use of AI.
