Requirements
Must:
- 12+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years in technical leadership or team-lead roles
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex technical solutions
- Strong architectural reasoning and system design capability

- Experience working within Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Expertise in mentoring engineers and developing high-performance teams
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing guidance and code reviews
- Oversee the architecture and design of cloud-native, secure, and efficient enterprise solutions
- Manage Java-based development ensuring high engineering standards and alignment with architecture
- Drive initiatives for Snowflake data-warehouse, optimizing schemas and workloads
- Design and optimize distributed Spark applications for large-scale analytics
- Create and maintain resilient automated workflows using Apache Airflow
- Spearhead OpenShift deployment and optimize container workloads, facilitating DevOps integration
- Oversee SQL performance, schema design, and data governance efforts
- Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and deliver significant technical projects on schedule
- Evaluate tools and practices to shape engineering standards and platform strategy
