ServiceNow Security Operations Engineer

- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow SecOps applications, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence. - Solid understanding of security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management. - Strong skills in ServiceNow platform configuration (such as workflows, forms, UI policies, and ACLs). - Familiarity with relational databases like MySQL and SQL Server. - Experience collaborating with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a remote setting. - In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and Security Operations workflows. - Proficient in ServiceNow scripting languages including JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, and REST APIs. - Experience with integrating ServiceNow with SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability management, and risk management platforms. - Proven ability in creating automated workflows, playbooks, and security orchestration. - Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO, GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
