Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules, specifically HRSD, Legal Service Delivery, and Source to Pay
- Proven track record in solution architecture and implementation within a managed services model
- Strong understanding of integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems like LDAP, Active Directory, and SAP
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication abilities to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Strong problem-solving aptitude with a strategic and innovative mindset
- Familiarity with business process re-engineering
- Customer-centric attitude with the ability to interpret and address intricate requirements
- Knowledge of scripting, business rules, UI policies, and ServiceNow customization
- Experience with ITIL principles and best practices
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end AMS support for ServiceNow HRSD, Legal Service Delivery, and Source to Pay modules, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones
- Design scalable solutions for HRSD, Legal, and S2P that align with business objectives and technical requirements
- Oversee discovery, design, build, testing, and deployment phases of HRSD, Legal, and S2P projects
- Manage integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other enterprise HR systems
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AMS support teams, promoting coding standards and best practices
- Identify and implement optimization opportunities for ServiceNow environments to enhance performance and usability
- Establish governance and security processes to ensure data integrity and compliance within ServiceNow environments
- Serve as a subject matter expert, offering guidance on ServiceNow architecture and automation processes
- Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation, including architecture diagrams and support guides
- Lead system upgrades, patching, and enhancements in alignment with new ServiceNow features
