Requirements
Must:
- Extensive, hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD, including:
- Case Management, Employee Center, Knowledge, HR Workflows
- Lifecycle Events, HR Integrations, Role-based security
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Procurement / Source-to-Pay modules, including request workflows, vendor interactions, and approval models.
- Profound experience with Integration Hub, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Scoped Apps, and API-driven integrations.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Familiarity with defining platform-level standards, reusable components, and governance controls.
- Solid understanding of enterprise processes across HR, Procurement, Compliance, IAM, and ITSM.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership skills to influence engineering teams without direct authority.
- Track record of cultivating a high-performance engineering culture and mentoring team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on strategic thinking and innovation.
- Customer-centric mindset, adept at interpreting and addressing complex requirements.
- Experience in examining and re-engineering business processes.
- Competency in scripting, business rules, UI policies, and ServiceNow customization features.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical direction and architecture for ServiceNow HRSD and Procurement products.
- Develop and sustain the technical architecture, engineering roadmap, and platform strategy.
- Ensure compliance of solutions with business unit architecture standards and governance frameworks.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of design options within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Business Product Managers to shape the product vision and convert requirements into ServiceNow functionalities.
- Provide hands-on support to engineering teams, guiding in solution design, code evaluations, configurations, and performance improvements.
- Address intricate ServiceNow challenges across HRSD, Procurement, and Integrations.
- Promote the use of secure, scalable, and modular configurations and technical standards.
- Work with enterprise platform teams to utilize shared resources effectively.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for stakeholders, including vendors and cross-functional leaders.
- Assist in prioritizing technical backlogs while managing cross-product dependencies and risks.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and industry trends to spot new features and opportunities for innovation.
- Conduct research initiatives, proof of concepts, and enhance engineering practices continuously.
- Maintain technical catalogs, integrations, and ensure adherence to platform governance standards.
