Requirements
Must:
- 4-8 years of practical experience with the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
- Strong grasp of ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, workflows, UI actions, and client/server scripts.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Comprehensive understanding of ITIL v3/v4 framework.
- Experience in enterprise IT environments.
Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
- Develop and sustain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
- Execute upgrades and apply patches while maintaining platform stability.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams to refine ITSM processes in alignment with ITIL best practices.
- Convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Ensure standardization of processes and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Construct and maintain integration between ServiceNow and third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.
- Automate routine IT operations and service requests.
- Create dashboards, reports, and SLAs to monitor performance.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for platform issues and troubleshoot defects.
- Provide technical support, manage ServiceNow incidents, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Keep thorough documentation for changes, enhancements, and solutions.

We are looking for a dedicated ServiceNow ITSM Specialist to join our team in either Tampa, FL, or Jersey City, NJ. In this full-time role, you will be integral in supporting, enhancing, and optimizing IT Service Management processes within our enterprise environment.
