- Establish integrations between ServiceNow and HR systems such as:
- Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, ADP
- MS Teams
- DocuSign
- Cornerstone
- Construct, test, and deploy solutions utilizing:
- Glide Script
- HTML / CSS / JavaScript / XML
- Create Service Catalog items, Orchestration, and Automation workflows via Flow Designer
- Design, configure, and develop Virtual Agent interactions using:
- Virtual Agent Designer
- Skills, decision trees, intents
- NLU capabilities
- Employ Virtual Agent and Now Assist features to automate HR service delivery
- Develop technical solutions utilizing Now Assist for HRSD and Virtual Agent.
