Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of practical experience in ServiceNow development across various modules.
- Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide API, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and flow designer.
- Proven experience in delivering solutions in an Agile setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL, CMDB, and CSDM best practices.
- Familiarity with API development, system integrations, and data migration.
- Capability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions across key ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, CSDM, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
- Create scalable and maintainable custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
- Execute integrations with internal and external systems utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration technologies.
- Configure and manage the CMDB in alignment with the CSDM framework and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to convert requirements into technical designs and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Engage in Agile ceremonies and contribute to estimation, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the platforms stability, performance, and compliance with best practices and governance models.
- Diagnose and resolve defects, production issues, and system performance concerns.
