Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Over 8 years of experience with z/OS, BMC Mainview, Broadcom OPS/MVS, TSO, ISPF
- More than 5 years of experience with REXX, DB2, JCL, SAS/WPS, Control-M, CA7, Endevor
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage utilities and batch processes utilizing REXX, TSO, ISPF, DB2, and JCL
- Enhance and support existing mainframe solutions
- Offer technical assistance for vendor applications (e.g., JCK, Infoman)
- Spearhead proof-of-concept initiatives for new tools
- Work alongside stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Discover and implement opportunities for automation
Description
We are looking for a Senior z/OS Systems Engineer to join our team in Omaha, NE, as part of a full-time position. In this role, you will design and implement automation solutions for mainframe systems to support our key internal clients. Your work will enhance data quality and improve utilities and batch processes. You will collaborate on multiple projects, drive modernization efforts, and improve customer experiences across various business units.
