Requirements
Must:
- Active CCIE certification required
- Familiarity with Cisco Certified Design Expert (CCDE) material
- Knowledge of CCIE Security material
- Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects and network infrastructure
- Advanced experience managing multiple IT tasks and significant IT projects
- Expertise in network design and operations within diverse wired and wireless environments
- Strong planning and documentation abilities using tools like Project or Visio
- Understanding of NIST Special Publication 800-53 concerning network security and STIG requirements
- Compliance with DoD8140 certification standards for advanced work roles
- Knowledgeable in configuration management and quality assurance practices like ITIL
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations, administration, and human resources management of the program and personnel
- Ensure 24-hour coverage of the Network Operations Center (NOC) with onsite and on-call staff
- Lead and mentor the Network Support team in deployments and daily operations
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in the field of Network Engineering
- Serve as the primary Government point of contact for all Contractor personnel
- Provide technical supervision and guidance to assigned Contractor staff
- Manage weekend and evening coverage for the Network Operations Center when necessary

We are The Judge Group, currently seeking a Lead Network Engineer to join our team in Highland Falls, NY. This position involves working fully onsite at West Point and offers a competitive salary ranging from $160,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually. Our NOC operates between 0600-2400 on weekdays, ensuring robust support during classes, training, and special events. We value excellence and technical expertise, and we are looking for an individual who is ready to take on a leadership role while providing mentorship to our existing team.
