Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in architecture
- Prior experience with Oracle XStore and Microsoft Azure is essential
- Strong understanding of architectural design techniques and tools
- Proficient in system integration and technology alignment
- Excellent analytical and debugging capabilities
- TOGAF Certification preferred
- Experience with Oracle RMS, Oracle PL/SQL, Urbancode, Github, and Weblogic system integration products
- Preferred experience in architecting with platforms like Snowflake, Azure, Java, Oracle PL/SQL, and Android
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Creative and adaptable approach to planning and problem-solving, while balancing detailed and big-picture perspectives
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of architectural solutions for Store Systems projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project requirements
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs and ensure effective integration of systems and technologies
- Mentor junior employees and assist in their ongoing professional development
- Participate in the continuous enhancement of architectural practices
- Create and review a systems capability strategy aligned with business needs
- Develop roadmaps for enterprise store architecture initiatives while ensuring stakeholder engagement
- Provide technical guidance and governance during solution development and integration
- Evaluate requests for changes from specifications and recommend suitable actions
- Support communication of strategic plans and related change initiatives to relevant stakeholders
- Analyze information to aid in strategic development
- Design system components with appropriate modeling techniques in line with established architecture and design standards
- Facilitate communication and the exchange of innovative ideas among stakeholders and foster innovation networks
- Develop and adapt innovation tools and processes to enhance the innovation process
