Requirements
Must:
- U.S. citizenship with the capacity to obtain DHS EOD
- Bachelors degree with 15 years of relevant experience
- Ability to be present onsite weekly in Arlington, VA
- One or more active ServiceNow certifications
- Deep comprehension of ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and scripting
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow and external systems via SOAP or REST web services
- Familiarity with Okta and SSO technologies
- Proficient in using the Workflow Editor for workflow configuration
Responsibilities
- Engage actively in agile daily stand-ups and ceremonies, providing updates on development progress in ServiceNow while collaborating with platform teams
- Assist in customer requirement workshops, collaborating with the product owner and stakeholders to configure requested tasks using Flow Designer to align with business needs
- Offer technical assistance and mentorship to junior and mid-level staff members
- Design and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, and Formatters
- Develop and set up Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs, including advanced scripting for CMS/Service Portal and SecOps Security Incident Response (SIR)
- Contribute to the formulation of use cases and testing protocols, ensuring product functionality through debugging and prior testing before production deployment
- Generate and update system design and operations documentation
- Maintain adherence to ServiceNow Technical Best Practices in all development activities
