Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer at an enterprise level.
- Certifications in Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I & II (preferred), Salesforce Health Cloud (preferred), and Salesforce AI.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, particularly with contact center workflows.
- Background in Healthcare or Contact Center industries.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, including object-oriented design, governor limits, bulkification, and asynchronous patterns.
- Proven experience in Agile delivery with strong communication skills for both business and technical stakeholders.
- Practical experience in AI scripting/orchestration within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our team to design, develop, and enhance solutions leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud, focusing primarily on contact center workflows.
- Create Apex features, batch jobs, and automate processes using AI related to Health Cloud and contact center requirements.
- Manage and prioritize tasks from the backlog, ensuring timely delivery against user stories.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, present demos, and implement iterative improvements.
Description
We are currently seeking a Sr. Salesforce Analyst for an 8-month contract role based in Irving, TX. This position is on-site five days a week, allowing for direct collaboration with our team and stakeholders. As part of our organization, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects within the Salesforce Health Cloud domain, focusing on optimizing solutions for contact center operations.
