Senior RF Engineer

- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with over 15 years of relevant experience - Current Secret level security clearance - Proven track record of leading and conducting missile trade studies, missile system design, and requirements development - Experience in developing and executing complex system architectures - Familiarity with the entire product lifecycle, from concept through production - Background in strategic development, customer engagement, or contract acquisition in the Defense Industry - Capacity to influence and interact with Department of Defense (DoD) and commercial customers - Ability to cultivate effective internal and external customer relationships for satisfaction and ongoing business - Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets - Direct involvement with Engineering Risks and Opportunities (R&O) Management - Adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic work environments - Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and tests at various sites - Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication and collaboration in cross-functional team settings - Knowledge of industry electrical engineering standards and experience in electrical component design - Familiarity with classified test systems and engineering technical standards relevant to cyber security and risk management framework (RMF)
