Requirements
Must:
- 7-8 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Experience collaborating with service assurance teams to resolve technical challenges
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to identify technical needs and resolve issues
- Wireless industry experience is a significant advantage
- 5-7 years of experience as a Product Owner
- Proficient in developing requirements and user stories
- Capability to diagnose system issues and understand API functionality
- Experience assisting with production support and triaging issues
- Must be adaptable as tasks may shift unexpectedly during triage
Responsibilities
- Oversee product management and ownership responsibilities
- Communicate technical strategies and requirements clearly
