Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA is essential
- Knowledge of SAP RISE migrations is preferred
- Strong understanding of Data Lake architecture; familiarity with platforms like Databricks or Snowflake is advantageous
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies
- Confident project leader capable of influencing teams and stakeholders
- Experienced in facilitating discussions and ensuring clarity without being overly forceful
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Exposure to AI projects is a plus
- Solid business acumen with experience in managing project financials, budgets, and status reporting
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Planview or similar PMO tools is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a global, matrixed environment and effectively manage ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of SAP initiatives, including ECC, S/4HANA, RISE-related efforts, and integration with Data Lake platforms
- Define project scope, create detailed schedules, develop resource and cost models, and manage risks, dependencies, and status reports
- Conduct project meetings, facilitate decision-making processes, and proactively eliminate roadblocks to sustain project progress
- Supervise cross-functional workstreams and vendor teams for seamless integration and timely delivery of SAP-related outputs
- Implement standardized PMO methodologies and tools, fostering continuous improvement in processes and quality of execution
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to direct analysis, solution design, and implementation activities
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear updates, insights, and recommendations
