Requirements
Must:
- Current understanding of machine learning and data analytics methodologies
- Strong foundation in predictive modeling techniques
- Experience utilizing both structured and unstructured data sources
- Eagerness and capability to learn new technologies while working
- Proven ability to convey complex results to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Capability to collaborate effectively in teams or work independently on various tasks while meeting tight deadlines
- Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving results
- Professional demeanor with the skill to build relationships across different functions
- Extensive experience with R/RStudio, Python, SAS, SQL, and NoSQL
- Proficiency in Cloud Machine Learning platforms (e.g., AWS Sagemaker)
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, caret)
- Strong grasp of statistical methods including Bayesian Networks Inference, linear and non-linear regression, and mixed models
- Preferred background in Financial Services
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization

Description
