Requirements
Must:
- Passionate about data and transforming it into actionable insights
- Ability to develop and implement enterprise-level data solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with business leaders and engineers
- Proficient in SQL, database management, and data modeling techniques
- Over 5 years of experience in data engineering or SQL-focused analytics roles, specifically with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with dbt (Cloud preferred)
- More than 3 years of experience using CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, or similar tools
Responsibilities
- Foster collaborative relationships with other tech teams, operational units, and analytics teams to comprehend their value generation and data requirements
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of an enterprise data platform, including dimensional modeling and ETL processes
- Design, construct, and maintain comprehensive data models and pipelines
- Apply best practices and innovative strategies to ensure timely, accurate, and reliable data delivery
- Continuously assess and enhance data model deployment for improved efficiency and reliability
