Requirements
Must:
- 8-10 years of practical experience in Ab Initio development
- Strong expertise in Ab Initio components including GDE, EME, Multifile System, and Continuous Flows
- Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL
- Solid understanding of Unix/Linux shell scripting
- Knowledge of data modeling principles
- Experience with performance tuning, parallel processing, and error handling in Ab Initio
- Familiarity with job scheduling tools like Autosys
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Python or PySpark (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Engage in the complete project lifecycle for ETL development using Ab Initio
- Collaborate effectively with project stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners
- Lead technical initiatives and aid in solution design across various teams
- Ensure adherence to development best practices, code quality, and architectural guidelines
