Requirements
Must:
- Extensive, hands-on experience with Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Advanced expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL
- Strong grasp of API integration patterns, OAuth, SSO, and the Salesforce security model
- Proficient in data modeling, migration strategies, and performance optimization
- Knowledge of MuleSoft, AWS services, or other enterprise integration platforms
- Familiarity with Copado, Gearset, Git, Autorabit, and automated deployment pipelines
- Proven track record in banking, financial services, or large-scale enterprise settings
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across various clouds
- Oversee architecture for large-scale, enterprise implementations
- Create Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to support architectural choices and expedite solution delivery
- Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to ensure solutions align with strategic goals
- Uphold best practices concerning security, integration, data governance, and performance
- Offer insights on Salesforce capabilities, platform direction, and emerging tech
- Engage in Technical Review Board meetings to assess and sanction solution designs
- Contribute directly when necessary, including writing Apex, building LWCs, and configuration tasks
- Mentor development teams on architectural principles, coding standards, and methodologies
