Requirements

Must:
- Hands-on experience in complex Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations - Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud - Salesforce Technical, Sales, and Service certifications (mandatory) - Proven experience with Salesforce org merge - Experience with Lightning migration - Skilled in data migration and data quality design - Familiarity with system integrations - Strong background in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and enterprise integration patterns - Salesforce integration experience with external business systems and middleware tools - Proficiency in Salesforce SFDC / Force.com, Apex, Java, JavaScript, XML - Extensive experience in Salesforce configuration and customization - Knowledge of Apex APIs and Apex Triggers - Experience implementing Salesforce from scratch - Hands-on deployment experience with Visualforce, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, and web services - Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, AppExchange deployments, and legacy Salesforce components (s-controls) - Familiar with workflow rules, alerts, and actions - Proficient in approval processes - Programming skills in J2EE, HTML, XML, SQL, Oracle - Strong ability to define system landscapes and identify gaps between current and target states - Capable of designing and delivering end-to-end CRM solutions - Experience in a consulting environment is a plus
