Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, including tier structures and redemption logic
- Strong knowledge of benefit catalogs, offers, and promotions
- Familiarity with points expiration and liability management
- Ability to design member profiling, segmentation, and lifecycle strategies
- Experience in financial services, particularly retail banking products
- Understanding of regulatory constraints and their impacts on targeting
- Knowledge of key performance indicators like engagement rate and customer lifetime value
- Expertise in aligning Financial Services Cloud data models with loyalty profiles
- Ability to build Experience Cloud portals and loyalty dashboards
- Proficiency in using Marketing Cloud for segmentation and decisioning
- Experience with Service Cloud flows for point disputes
- Skills in designing mobile-first loyalty experiences and app integrations
- Knowledge of real-time and batch integrations in banking and payment systems
- Expertise in developing master data management architectures
- Familiarity with security and compliance best practices
- Knowledge of DevOps processes including Git branching and CI/CD pipelines
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and management of end-to-end loyalty architecture, aligning with business objectives
- Design loyalty program structures, including tiers and point systems
- Collaborate with finance for liability modeling and reconciliation processes
- Establish comprehensive member mapping between Loyalty Cloud and Financial Services Cloud
- Integrate loyalty features with core systems and third-party services
- Enhance digital member experiences using Experience Cloud and mobile components
- Develop customer journeys and segmentation through Marketing and Data Clouds
- Oversee governance of privacy, access, and data retention policies
- Manage platform monitoring, alerts, and operational procedures
- Create technical documentation including integration contracts and testing strategies
- Mentor and collaborate with team members including developers and testers
- Work closely with product teams, marketing, member services, and compliance departments
- Analyze program metrics to assess success and areas for improvement
