Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant domain or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of practical Salesforce Administration experience
- Robust experience with:
- Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
- Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities)
- Strong grasp of Salesforce security and sharing model (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
- Experience configuring Salesforce functionalities such as:
- Flows, custom fields, page layouts, record types
- Custom settings, dashboards, and reports
- Proficiency in using Salesforce Data Import Wizard and/or Data Loader
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Capability to gather requirements and suggest technical solutions
Responsibilities
- Configure and sustain Salesforce functionality, including:
- Screen Flows, assignment rules, validation rules, and approval processes
- Custom fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts
- Apps, actions, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
- Oversee user management and licenses, including:
- User provisioning and deactivation
- Roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups
- Organization-wide defaults and sharing rules
- Manage Salesforce sandbox environments and deployments
- Ensure data quality and integrity through automation, rules, and governance
- Address and resolve Salesforce user support tickets
- Conduct proactive system maintenance, including:
- Security Reviews
- Salesforce release updates
- Health Check and Optimizer reviews
- Collect and document business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Identify underused Salesforce features and propose enhancements
- Communicate updates and improvements to Salesforce users and stakeholders
- Monitor and enhance Salesforce user adoption
- Provide end-user training and develop training materials
- Keep technical documentation up-to-date
