Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 10-20 years of relevant experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Extensive background leading global S/4HANA transformation initiatives
- Proficient in SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services)
- Strong understanding of master data elements, data structures, and integration across SAP modules
- Hands-on experience with SAP MDG implementations, including governance frameworks
- Proven experience in conducting workshops and presenting data strategies to stakeholders
- Familiarity with industry KPIs and the business value of S/4HANA functionalities
- Skillful in translating complex business needs into technical specifications
- In-depth knowledge of data migration tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Ability to manage and lead teams of 20 or more resources
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in ERP consulting with at least five full lifecycle implementations
- Willing to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally as required
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Lead the data strategy, architecture, and governance for large S/4HANA transformation projects
- Supervise the implementation and governance framework of SAP MDG
- Direct the end-to-end data migration strategy, execution, and validation processes
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to clarify data requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various business domains including Finance and Sales
- Develop and verify technical specifications, mapping documents, and data transformation rules
- Ensure compliance with best practices in managing master and transactional data
- Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and resource management for data initiatives
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to large global teams of 20+ members
- Assist with pre-sales activities such as proposals and solution demonstrations
- Ensure the successful implementation of SAP data solutions aligned with organizational objectives
