SAP config analyst

- Oversee, configure, and enhance SAP ECC PP/MRP across our global manufacturing facilities. - Provide support for both discrete and repetitive manufacturing, including work centers, routings, BOMs, production versions, and MRP parameters. - Enhance planning accuracy through improvements in capacity evaluation, production orders, yield/scrap processes, and variance analysis. - Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance to identify and resolve planning and execution challenges. - Spearhead functional design, delta analysis, and readiness initiatives for the transition to S/4HANA and PP/DS. - Define the scope for PP/DS, including planning models, heuristics, and finite scheduling logic. - Ensure alignment of designs with S/4HANA Private Cloud standards and SAP best practices. - Convert ECC planning constructs into scalable solutions ready for S/4HANA and PP/DS. - Minimize reliance on custom code by prioritizing standard SAP configuration methodologies. - Ensure that SAP solutions are compliant with both business and regulatory requirements. - Produce comprehensive documentation, including requirements, process flows, design decisions, and configuration specifics. - Develop and execute testing scripts in accordance with GxP/GAMP5/CSV standards. - Offer support during audits, validations, and production-related incidents. - Drive functional design for enhancements, projects, and transformation initiatives. - Facilitate workshops with global teams and mentor junior analysts. - Participate in on-call rotations and assist with critical incident resolutions.
