Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in Application Enhancements and Maintenance on SAP for Warehouse management solutions, specifically SAP WM and EWM.
- Strong familiarity with warehouse management best practices in retail, manufacturing, or distribution.
- Comprehensive understanding of WM and EWM processes and solutions, including master data management and various strategies.
- Proficient in inbound and outbound processes, including picking, sorting, and inventory management, along with integrations with QM, MM, SD, and Transport management.
- Hands-on experience with End-to-End Implementations, SAP Upgrades, and Cloud Migrations of SAP Applications, as well as S/4HANA conversions.
- Expertise in gathering business requirements, designing functional solutions, and managing implementation strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with SAP EWM developers for troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Leadership experience in managing smaller teams and implementing solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile and waterfall methodologies, specifically within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- SAP WM and EWM certifications are desired, along with ITIL, Six Sigma, PMP, and SAFe certifications.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect WM and EWM solutions based on business requirements, promoting and enhancing the global template for warehouse management.
- Estimate and plan solution delivery for SAP EWM/WM, ensuring a consistent flow of value to the business through manageable work chunks.
- Deliver business value through various projects, application maintenance, and enhancements by executing comprehensive reviews and testing.
- Troubleshoot SAP EWM/WM incidents through analysis, debugging, and timely implementation of solutions to mitigate business impact.
- Collaborate with technical teams to document, test, and guide developers in the creation of custom SAP objects.
- Maintain high-quality solution documentation and expand knowledge bases to support effective issue analysis and resolution.
- Manage vendor resources and collaborate with SAP to address product issues, ensuring agreed service levels are maintained.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance existing solutions by analyzing trends and feedback.
- Demonstrate thought leadership in technology by exploring and adopting new technological advancements while building robust business cases.
