Requirements
Must:
- Over 12 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with substantial hands-on knowledge in SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven hands-on experience with the 2023 release of SAP S/4HANA FICO (preferred).
- Robust background in Supply Chain Product Costing.
- Extensive experience in Supply Chain Finance, including invoicing, vendor payments, and PTP processes.
- Familiarity with Central Finance (CFIN).
- Comprehensive expertise across all essential FICO modules, including:
- Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), General Ledger (GL), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), COPA, and Product Costing.
- Integration with Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM).
- Developing SAP inbound/outbound interfaces with external systems.
- Proven capability to provide technical leadership and formulate solution proposals tailored to Finance and Controlling business needs.
- Experience with testing tools, SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) Change Management, and project management approaches.
- Strong track record of conducting requirements gathering sessions with business users and system designers across various regions.
- Demonstrated successful delivery of end-to-end implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and migrations in SAP ECC and S/4HANA within Agile frameworks.
- Ability to design global, regional, and local statutory solutions, configure systems, test applications and interfaces, and implement new solutions.
- Experience collaborating with functional and technical teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to craft functional designs and address test defects.
- Commitment to Operational Excellence, including thorough documentation of process flows, procedures, operational materials, and Functional Design Specifications.
- Strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and effective relationship-building skills to support medium- to large-scale projects from pilot through post-go-live support.
- Comprehensive hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration.
- Strong understanding of financial process flows and critical integration points.
- Practical experience with IDoc/EDI interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Join our internal team focusing on SAP S/4 FICO implementation and support.
- Configure and enhance SAP FICO modules to meet company needs.
- Lead technical discussions to ensure alignment on project scope and requirements.
- Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with teams and stakeholders.
- Implement end-to-end solutions for SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
- Actively participate in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support phases.
- Develop and document solutions, including process flows and functional design.
- Collaborate across functional and technical teams to resolve any issues or defects.
- Mentor and guide team members in SAP FICO best practices and methodologies.
- Maintain clear communication channels with product owners and stakeholders.
- Ensure documentation adheres to Operational Excellence standards and practices.
- Stay updated on SAP advancements and recommend improvements where necessary.
