Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SQL Server administration
- At least 3 years of experience in REDIS server administration
- Proficient in server administration on Windows and RHEL platforms
- Familiarity with PowerShell, Foglight, Cohesity, ServiceNow, Active Directory, and database security is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Serve as an operations database administrator, engaging in complex database problem triage
- Manage high-profile environments that support very large databases (VLDBs), high-volume OLTP, and critical systems
- Handle work via ticketing systems, ensuring efficient resolution of issues
- Act as the subject matter expert for technologies and the team
- Oversee multiple moderately complex projects and direct team activities related to special initiatives or operations
- Maintain accountability for technical knowledge, both as a team member and individual contributor
- Operate under minimal oversight while receiving general guidance from senior consultants or managers
- Analyze complex problems that require comprehensive evaluation of diverse factors
- Exercise discretion in selecting methods and techniques to achieve results within broadly defined practices and policies
