Requirements
Must:
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to federal program regulations
- Capability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Proficiency with HFSS, ADS, MATLAB, or comparable electromagnetic circuit simulation software
- Familiarity with antenna design techniques such as stripline, microstrip, patch, etc., and RF testing equipment
Responsibilities
- Lead custom antenna design projects
- Oversee the entire process from design to prototyping, production, and testing within the same facility
- Engage directly with clients and provide proposal assistance
- Collaborate on mission-critical projects in the aerospace and defense sector
- Conduct hands-on design, simulation, and testing activities (for junior role)
- Learn and utilize tools such as HFSS, ADS, and MATLAB under mentorship from experienced engineers
- Contribute to advanced flight hardware development projects
