Requirements
Must:
- A degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science.
- At least four years of pertinent professional experience.
- Proficiency in RF design.
- Comprehensive understanding of RF theory and applications, including LTE/VoLTE and 5G technologies.
- Experience with the design and optimization of LTE/VoLTE networks.
- In-depth knowledge of propagation modeling using Atoll.
- Familiarity with FUZE software.
- Recent experience with RF design for LTE/VoLTE and 5G networks.
- Up-to-date experience with ATOLL.
- Familiarity with LTE network KPIs and crucial parameters (desired).
- Knowledge of various RF tools, including Mapinfo or post-processing software (desired).
- Advanced skills in Excel and Tableau, including the creation of VB macros and manipulation of worksheets (desired).
Responsibilities
- Redesign mature network areas to alleviate capacity issues and enhance SINR.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement performance fixes and initiatives.
- Ensure that customers maintain high-quality connections and exceptional call performance.
- Engage in traffic engineering for the region as needed.
- Analyze triggers and prioritize solutions effectively.
