Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manual test script execution
- At least 8 years of experience in automated QA testing
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in QA test script creation
- 8 years of experience in performance testing is preferred
- 5 years of experience in QA automated test case reporting is preferred
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, Playwright, WebdriverIO, and JMeter is preferred (3 years)
- Experience in Agile methodologies, Scrum, Jira, XRay, or Zephyr (3 years) is preferred
- Understanding of accessibility testing is preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct Quality Assurance activities for the PCS Contract Operations team application
- Develop and sustain automated test cases using Playwright or similar tools
- Create and maintain test scripts for both manual and automated testing
- Execute manual testing as required
- Monitor and track test case execution
- Set up regular schedules for automated testing and necessary reporting
- Utilize Jira for logging and managing defects
- Establish and uphold requirements traceability matrices
- Collaborate with the development team in development, testing, UAT, and production phases as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues found in test cases
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when necessary
- Provide on-call support as required

This role involves enhancing our Contract Operating and Reporting application, which is essential for efficient agency contract management and compliance.
