Requirements
Must:
- 7-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and automation testing
- Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, SOAPUI/Postman, qTEST, Java, TestNG, REST API Testing, and Unix
- Strong hands-on experience in functional testing
- 4+ years of experience with Oracle and SQL query writing
- Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins and GitLab
- Experience with testing methodologies like Test-Driven and Behavior-Driven Development
- Excellent time management skills and ability to estimate tasks
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelors Degree or higher in a relevant field
Responsibilities
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of Quality Assurance principles within a dynamic Agile environment
- Lead testing efforts across multiple projects while coordinating with User Acceptance Teams and IT departments to ensure seamless delivery of automated test solutions
- Design, implement, and maintain both automated and manual test scripts for application projects and regression testing
- Oversee the maintenance and configuration of non-production environments, addressing any environmental challenges in collaboration with the DBA team
- Ensure thorough testing for every sprint in collaboration with UAT teams and third-party vendors, securing signoffs as scheduled
- Manage discussions with developers regarding code defects, ticket priorities, and resolutions
- Develop and monitor comprehensive test plans focused on scalability, security, functionality, and user experience
- Customize testing strategies and methods for projects as needed
- Execute test plans, document results, and analyze outcomes effectively
- Foster strong interpersonal relationships within the team and external stakeholders
