Ptc - PMO Project Management Resource

- Oversee and coordinate activities of internal and external personnel across multiple IT projects with varying levels of complexity. - Create and maintain project plans and documentation using standard project management protocols, procedures, templates, and methodologies. - Collaborate with business owners and analysts to outline and enhance project scope. - Lead project management responsibilities throughout the entire project lifecycle: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing. - Conduct lessons learned sessions during and after projects to gather insights for improvement. - Develop and sustain strong working relationships with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with organizational project management frameworks and best practices.
