Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Over 8 years of project/program management experience managing large scale, cross-functional initiatives
- Proven ability to establish trust with sponsors and key stakeholders through consistent delivery of business priorities
- Successful track record of delivering high-visibility, complex programs in challenging environments
- Strong skills in navigating and influencing within matrixed organizations
- Collaborative and adaptable under pressure
- Experience managing initiatives from inception through to delivery
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical decision-making abilities
- Deep understanding and direct experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly
- Experience overseeing the planning and support of business application components
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions with development teams to grasp system architecture, design, and integration points, leveraging strong Java expertise
- Identify technical risks early, driving resolution through teamwork with architects, developers, QA, SRE/DevOps, and partner teams
- Support teams with dependency management, service interactions, and operational readiness
- Ensure engineering decisions are data-driven and architecture designs align with long-term product strategies
- Manage the full lifecycle of software development programs, ensuring predictable timelines and high-quality deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts among various stakeholders, maintaining clear ownership
- Establish program dashboards, KPIs, and communication tools for visibility across the organization
- Promote continuous improvements in estimation, sprint execution, release management, and operational readiness
- Collaborate with DevOps and platform engineering for CI/CD pipeline effectiveness and environment stability
- Advocate for the technical strategy and ensure clear communication of program goals to non-engineering stakeholders
- Build strong relationships across the organization to facilitate collaboration with business owners and product managers
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence and mentor teams in program execution best practices
- Champion clarity and structure while remaining adaptable to changing business needs
Description

This hybrid, full-time role offers competitive hourly rates between $75 and $85. As an integral member of our software development team, you will report directly to Senior Development Managers and work to bridge the gap between engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.
