Requirements

Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in UX design. Preference for those with a background in creating complex solutions across varied technology platforms. - Proficient in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaborative design. - Strong grasp of User-Centered Design (UCD) principles, methodologies, and tools. - Significant experience in Agile settings, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Experience working closely with engineering on implementation specifics, including component functionality, states, and accessibility for production handoff. - Proven track record of developing and maintaining comprehensive user journey maps and flows. - Knowledgeable in usability testing, accessibility standards (WCAG), and best practices for responsive design. - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and visual, with the ability to convey design decisions and reasoning clearly. - Experienced in building or contributing to design systems. - Extensive application and advocacy of UX design best practices in large organizations. - Capacity to collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend strategic intentions and detailed requirements, crafting holistic user experiences that align with business goals and user needs.
