Responsibilities
- Support the Collaboration Systems team and our clients by detailing requirements for solutions within Microsoft 365.
- Apply your expertise to design out-of-the-box or custom solutions that fulfill requirements.
- Collaborate closely with personnel from various business areas to enhance overall business value.
- Oversee daily Microsoft 365 support and deliver training as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry developments, best practices, and procedures for Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Assist in migration projects from on-premises SharePoint to M365.
- Maintain a consistent and predictable work schedule.
- Foster and sustain effective working relationships within the department, business units, and the company.
- Interact appropriately to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Undertake additional duties as required.
