Requirements
Must:
- Subject Matter Expert in Palantir Foundry.
- Proficient with the Army Vantage data analytics platform.
- Significant experience with Palantir Foundry Ontology.
- Strong background developing in Foundry, including ontologies, pipelines, and operational applications.
- Ability to identify and formulate branch fix recommendations for datasets by assessing data provenance through the data lineage application.
- Familiarity with Foundry applications such as Contour, Workshop, Slate, and code repository.
- Expertise in designing and implementing complex ETL and ELT processes.
- Proficient in database storage, SQL queries, and understanding primary/foreign keys.
- Capable of locating and extracting relevant data from Vantage to build custom datasets.
- Experienced in creating complex information exchanges (Data Exchanges) with external Power Apps applications.
- Knowledgeable in Snapshot, Changelog, and Code Repository IDE.
- Development experience with Python, PySpark, Java, SQL, and TypeScript.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate remotely with occasional on-site meetings to support an Army project.
- Serve as the primary expert on Palantir Foundry to guide development and application strategies.
- Conduct analysis and evaluation of datasets to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain complex ETL and ELT processes to meet project demands.
- Construct and optimize custom datasets aligned with business requirements.
- Integrate external applications using Data Exchanges to enhance functionality and data access.
- Provide technical guidance in the implementation of data models within Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
