Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Design Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
- 2-3 years of relevant hands-on engineering experience
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and engineering tools
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and their practical applications
- Familiarity with circuit analysis and electrical troubleshooting
- Experience with schematics, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other related tools
- 2-3 years of experience utilizing engineering tools, systems, and databases
- 2-3 years of experience diagnosing electrical circuits and systems
- 2-3 years of working with CAD platforms
- 1-2 years of experience in electro-mechanical automation or robotics
- 2-3 years of experience in the design and diagnostics of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- 2-3 years of product engineering and design experience
- Ability to conduct component and fixture tolerance stack-up analysis (GD&T)
- Skills in electrical troubleshooting and circuit analysis
- Proficiency in torque, strain, and acceleration instrumentation and analysis
Responsibilities
- Work onsite in Fargo, ND, with metatarsal safety boots starting from Day 1
- Engage in hands-on engineering tasks focused on electrification
- Utilize CAD tools and engineering applications to develop designs
- Analyze circuits and troubleshoot electrical systems
- Collaborate with teams on the design and diagnostics of various systems
- Conduct tests and validations of electrical and mechanical components
- Perform detailed product engineering and design functions
- Document processes and results to contribute to the engineering knowledge base
Description
We are seeking a dedicated PV&V Electrification Engineer to join our team for a 24-month period, with the possibility of extension. Our work environment is dynamic and collaborative, based in Fargo, ND. We offer competitive hourly wages ranging from $45.00 to $52.00 USD. This role requires a hands-on approach and a strong dedication to safety and engineering excellence.
